About the Project
OBJECTIVES
1. Understand the structure, roles, and responsibilities within Erasmus+ Youth projects (KA151, KA152, KA153).
2. Apply appropriate leadership and facilitation methods for international youth groups.
3. Manage risk, safeguarding, and emergency procedures effectively.
4. Support inclusion and participation of young people with fewer opportunities.
5. Encourage intercultural learning and handle group conflicts constructively.
6. Implement Erasmus+ administrative and financial rules (budget categories, reporting, Youthpass, visibility).
7. Develop and present an action plan for their next Erasmus+ activity.
